Due to the nature of goods being handcrafted there may be slight variation from pictures and also delay depending on availability of components,customers will be informed by email of confirmation of order and expected delivery time.

I aim for delivery within 10 days.

P+P charges.

Royal mail 1 st class delivery with proof of postage.

For 1 item or gift set £1.00 postage.

Discount on the Postage and Packing for combined purchases of 50% off postage on each additional item or set.

For international customers please email me for an estimated cost of shipping before ordering.

The jewellery is beautifully presented in either a red velvet pouch or red gift box and will be securely packed in a postal bag .

Payment : by paypal,cheque (payable to H.S Redhead) clearance of 5 days needed for cheque payment.

Refunds and Returns.

Please contact me within 7 days if goods are considered to be faulty.

If unhappy with your jewellery please return to me in their original condition (with all tags intact) for a refund (earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons).

Proof of postage must be obtained for returning goods,I cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in the post.
